Who It’s For
This space is for creators, freelancers and solo business ownerswho want to build a brand, organise their workand earn a living from the skills they love, while still living the life they want.
I share what I’ve learned from running a design studio, along with the thinking, work systems and AIto help you build a business that fits the life you want.
Start with my story ↓Where Are You Now?
01
You give your clients so much value, but all that dedication never turns into the income or free time you were hoping for.
02
You tell yourself to just push through, but the more the business grows, the more the small tasks pile up, and your personal time slowly disappears.
03
You know how to solve problems and design things for other people, but when it comes to organising your own business and life, you don’t know where to start.
I understand completely, because I’ve felt that way too.

My Story
I’m an architect, a studio founder, and someone who believes “a creative working life should leave room for living, too.”
I know what it feels like to give your work so much that there’s barely any energy left for yourself. For the past eight years, I’ve been trying to find a balance between running a studio in Chiang Mai and looking after my family in Singapore, and I learned the hard way that being good at design doesn’t automatically mean your business will survive.

Rethinking Work
I used to think
once the business succeeded, I’d have more time for life.
So every year, I set bigger goals.“Work harder.”Hoping that one day, once I’d made it, I could give all my time to my kids.
But that day never came.
There was always more work, and the goalposts kept moving.By the time I noticed, my children’s early years were already slipping by.
So I had to stop and ask myself

Instead of pouring effort into everything,I started redesigning the way I work.
I chose where to put my energy, built systems, and let AI take over repetitive tasks,so I could keep the quality of my workand still have time for what matters most.

“I’m interested in systems that give time back to life, and I’m learning by building them myself.”

What I Share
I used to put so much into my workthat I forgot to check on myself and the rest of my life.
Now I want to care for all three together, and that’s what we’ll talk about in this space.
Self
We get so used to looking after everyone else’s needs that we forget to ask ourselves if we still want to do what we’re doing, and if we’re really okay. I’d love for us to revisit how we think and what we’re aiming for, and to look after our bodies and minds so we have the energy to keep going.
Work
We put our hearts into doing good work, and we want that effort to pay what it’s worth. I’ll share what I’ve learned from running a studio, from helping people see the value in your work and choosing clients to leading a team and designing ways of working that protect quality without taking all your time.
Life
For me, it means being with my kids without my mind drifting back to work. For you, it might be time with the people you love, travel, or an interest you put on hold long ago. We’ll talk about how to make room for these things from today, without waiting for all the work to be done.
